How do lives work?

You start with 5 lives. One life refills every 30 minutes. Premium members have unlimited lives.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open ThinkPop โ†’ tap the Settings tab โ†’ tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same account used to purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app โ†’ tap your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ ThinkPop โ†’ Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store โ†’ tap your profile โ†’ Payments & subscriptions โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ ThinkPop โ†’ Cancel.

My progress isn't saving.

Make sure you're signed in. Open ThinkPop โ†’ Settings โ†’ Sign In. Once signed in, your progress syncs automatically across devices.

I completed a level but didn't get credit.

This can happen if your internet connection dropped during the save. Try completing the level again โ€” your score will update once connectivity is restored.

The app crashed or isn't loading.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, delete and reinstall ThinkPop โ€” your progress is saved to the cloud if you're signed in.
