How do lives work?

You start with 5 lives. One life refills every 30 minutes. Premium members have unlimited lives.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open ThinkPop → tap the Settings tab → tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same account used to purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → ThinkPop → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ThinkPop → Cancel.

My progress isn't saving.

Make sure you're signed in. Open ThinkPop → Settings → Sign In. Once signed in, your progress syncs automatically across devices.

I completed a level but didn't get credit.

This can happen if your internet connection dropped during the save. Try completing the level again — your score will update once connectivity is restored.

The app crashed or isn't loading.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, delete and reinstall ThinkPop — your progress is saved to the cloud if you're signed in.
